Academic or CE Transcript: To request a transcript of your academic records or of your CE courses, you may download the Academic Transcript Request Form (pdf). Or please send a legible note with your name, your name when you attended school (if different), where you would like the transcript sent, and your signature to:

Faxed or scanned and e-mailed requests are also acceptable, as long as they include your signature. Requests must be made in writing, and include your signature, or we cannot release your transcript. Transcripts usually take five working days to be processed.

CONTINUING ACUPUNCTURE EDUCATION CREDIT (CAEU)

The Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine, Committee on Acupuncture ( COA ) requires 30 hours of continuing education every two years in order to renew a Massachusetts acupuncture license. Fifteen of those hours must be in courses directly related to acupuncture and Oriental medicine. Continuing Education credit has been granted for all courses offered by the New England School of Acupuncture, unless otherwise noted. Additionally, the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) accepts continuing education courses that are acceptable to state licensing bodies.

Continuing Education credit will be granted to students who complete the full number of hours in each course, including assignments and exams issued, to the satisfaction of the instructor. Upon such completion, each student will receive a Certificate of Completion for the course. This certificate (or photocopy thereof) is accepted by the Committee on Acupuncture of the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine as documentation of course completion. Workshop participants who arrive late or leave workshops early will not receive a certificate for the full hours listed in the catalogue. We ask instructors and students to strictly adhere to workshop hours in order to fulfill requirements for the renewal of a professional license.

We do not issue duplicate certificates, however, Continuing Education transcripts are available, which list all CE courses taken in the past five years. Please plan on five to 10 business days for the completion of this transaction.
