Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made up to 14 days before the course starts will result in a $50 processing fee.  The balance of the remaining tuition may be transferred to another course within one calendar year.

No refunds or transfers can be made for cancellations made with less than 14 days notice.  Refunds cannot be issued for any missed portion of a course.

Certificates of completion will be issued for the number of hours attended.  NESA reserves the right to cancel courses with insufficient enrollment or due to inclement weather, in which case a full refund will be issued to those registered.  NESA makes every effort to notify registrants with as much notice as possible and will list cancellations on NESA's website and CE voice message (617) 558-1788 x112.  We will make every effort to reschedule courses canceled due to inclement weather.
