The main NESA teaching clinic is located on the first floor of 150 California Street in Newton, MA - close to Watertown Square and convenient to public transportation.
Our clinic is open to the public six days a week, Monday through Saturday, for both day and evening appointments. On-site parking is readily available, and the clinic is handicapped-accessible. The clinic is well-known for high quality care at affordable prices.
Your acupuncture care will be provided by students in their final year of training, and closely supervised by a senior practitioner. You can expect your individualized treatments to be comfortable, safe and effective. Several treatment options are available, including Chinese acupuncture, Japanese acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. Appointments are also available in our professional clinic.
The on-site Chinese herbal dispensary is stocked with an extensive selection of top quality herbal products for patients under the care of a NESA intern or a licensed acupuncture practitioner. The dispensary is compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), guidelines for manufacture and distribution of pharmaceuticals, herbs, and supplements, as required by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
The clinic affords patients private treatment rooms, seasonal Chinese herbal tea, books, herbal remedies, welcoming staff and a peaceful setting – all to facilitate an educational and healing environment.
