Registration Information

Please download the registration form to register for a class, you may register by mail or fax. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number, the seminar(s), and payment in full.

Registration requires payment in full.

• We accept checks, Visa, Mastercard, and cash (in person).
• We strongly encourage you to register by the early registration deadline. This way you will receive the early registration discount, and this helps us ensure that there is sufficient interest to run the seminar.
• When you register early, we do not charge your credit card until 30 days or fewer before the seminar date.
• Registration at the door is permitted if space allows. If you are planning to register at the door, call before to see if there is room (our voicemail message will announce this on Fridays). We encourage you to pre-register as some classes do reach capacity.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to one week before the seminars starts will result in a full refund less a $25 processing fee (or 20% of tuition, whichever is less.) No refunds or transfers are made for cancellations made with less than one week notice. Furthermore, please note that if you must cancel from a size-limited seminar within 7 to 21 days of the seminar, no refund is given unless we can fill your spot. Our $25 processing fee applies. No refunds are made for cancellations within 6 days of those seminars.

Winter Weather Cancellations

To determine the status of a class if a snowstorm occurs, call our office at 617-558-1788. If a class is cancelled, a full refund will be made, and the class will be rescheduled if possible. If you choose not to attend a seminar due to bad weather in your area, please notify us as soon as possible, and a refund minus the cancellation fee may be possible.

Traveling to NESA

By Car: NESA is located at 150 California Street in Newton, Massachusetts. Use these directions, rather than those provided by online map services. Please call or email us if you need extra assistance with directions, and note that our office is closed on Fridays. Please see Parking below.

By Bus: NESA is easily accessible by the 71 and 73 buses from Harvard Square (two miles, eight minutes) which run frequently. See our directions for details, and visit www.mbta.com for bus schedules.

By Subway: Take the MBTA (called "T") Red Line to Harvard Square, and take the bus or taxi to NESA.

By Plane: NESA is ten miles from Boston's Logan Airport (20 to 45 minutes or more depending on traffic). Driving in the Boston area can be quite perplexing for visitors; for this reason we strongly recommend taking a taxi or public transportation rather than renting a car. Taxi fare to NESA is approximately $40. Alternatively, NESA is approximately an hour drive (no traffic) from T.F. Green Airport in Providence, Rhode Island, and Manchester Airport in New Hampshire.

By Train: From South Station in Boston, you can take a taxi to NESA, or take the "T" (subway) to Harvard Station. From there you can take the bus or taxi to NESA.


Parking:
Parking is free in the Stop & Shop parking lot. Be sure to park in designated areas only as shown on our webpage.

Dining: If you care to bring your lunch, a large refrigerator and microwave ovens are available for your use. Please bring forks, plates, etc. as those items may not be available.
