NESA's BOARD OF TRUSTEES
As a non-profit, educational institution, the New England School
of Acupuncture is governed by a Board of Trustees. The board members'
responsibilities are as follows:
- Review NESA's mission and purpose
- Appoint, support, and evaluate the president
- Ensure effective organizational planning
- Ensure adequate resources
- Manage resources effectively
- Determine, monitor, and strengthen the
organization's programs and services
- Enhance the organization's public standing
- Ensure legal and ethical integrity and
maintain accountability
- Recruit and orient new board members and
assess board performance
