The Clinical Assistantship Program provides students an opportunity to observe firsthand the general operations of various acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine clinics, the different styles and methods of treatment, and patient care provided by licensed acupuncturists and Chinese herbal medicine practitioners. By observing many treatments, NESA students gain confidence before they begin their clinical training.
